Cleaning and sanding
Our balls are wet ground – in a controlled, gentle, reproducible manner. Process media, time, and pressure are digitally monitored. The result: round, burr-free surfaces with a specific roughness. We then clean and dry them in a low-particle environment.

3-axis coordinate measurement checks every relevant geometry. Tactile and optical methods provide reliable values. SPC evaluations and test reports are included. AQL random sample or 100 % inspection – depending on requirements.
